OSHA Recordkeeping and Risk ManagementEmployers that are required to keep and maintain an OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Form 300 "Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses" must post the Summary Form 300A for a three-month period, beginning Feb. 1 and continuing through Apr.  30, 2018.

The OSHA Form 300 is required for certain covered employers to evaluate the safety of a workplace, understand industry hazards, and implement worker protections to decrease and eliminate hazards.
